3－1City people consultation office
You may come here for consultation when you encounter difficulties or puzzles. However,you have to speak Japanese when consult here, if you can’t speak Japanese,please come with someone who can speak Japanese. In addition, The consultation date varies due to the contents of consultation, administrative, legal or traffic accidents etc.
Therefore please call the inquiry in Japanese before you come for consultation.

3－2 Free –of –charge consultation of foreigners

With the support of City Administrative Organization, Kurume Bureau of Tourism and International Exchange holds a free – of –charge consultation for froreigners on the third Saturday each month. All foreigners can consult various kinds of legal problems in their life ( staying qualification, marrige or divoce, emploment, health insurance etc). There will be interpreters of English, Chinese, Korean etc available for assistance.

Fukuoka County International Exchange Center holds free consultation about employment, housing, marrige etc on the second Wednesday each month.and hold a free consultation on the fourth Saturday each month for foreigners relating the procedures of entrnace and staying qualification affairs.
There will be English interpreters available for the consultation assistance on the second Wednesday and English and Chinese interpreters available for the fourth Saturday consultation assistance. For detailed information, please consult Fukuoka County International Exchange Center.

It is an organization established for the promotion of mutual human right respection consciousness. It collects and demonstrates all human right related data and problems with “hamony” as the core. It also provides support to human right study and human right study activities.

As a governmental organization supporting and protecting legal rights and interests of consumers, it accept consultation related to consumption living matters. It provides various kinds of information and measurement check service to help to promote the stable development of local consumption living.
